STACKARI TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Stackari (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”), located at https://www.stackari.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms herein, do not access or use the Platform. Stackari reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following posting of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Stackari is a community-driven platform that aggregates, catalogs, and facilitates discovery of artificial intelligence tools, services, and resources. The Platform features include:

AI tool and service directory and discovery features
Community-driven reviews, ratings, and user feedback on listed tools
Social interaction features including upvotes, comments, reposts, and follower functionality
User profiles, project showcases, and brand-building capabilities
Vendor dashboards for AI tool creators and publishers
SEO backlink generation and content discovery mechanisms

USER ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the confidentiality of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You must not use the Platform to impersonate others, create duplicate accounts, or engage in fraudulent activity. Stackari reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT & COMMUNITY INTERACTIONS

4.1 Content Rights and Licensing

By posting content to Stackari (including reviews, comments, upvotes, reposts, project descriptions, and social interactions), you grant Stackari a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content.

4.2 Review and Rating Terms

You represent that any review, rating, or feedback you post is honest, factual, and not defamatory. You warrant that you have legitimate experience with the AI tool or service being reviewed. Reviews must not:

Contain false, misleading, or deceptive claims
Be solicited payments or incentives from vendors (undisclosed)
Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive content

Stackari does not endorse any review or rating and is not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted opinions. Stackari reserves the right to remove or flag reviews that violate these terms.

4.3 Social Interactions

Your upvotes, comments, reposts, follows, and other social interactions are subject to the same content restrictions as reviews. Additionally, harassment, spam, or coordinated inauthentic behavior is prohibited.

4.4 Content Moderation

Stackari monitors all user-generated content and may remove, flag, or restrict content that violates these terms or applicable law. We are not obligated to review all content before publication. Removal does not waive Stackari’s right to pursue legal action.

AI TOOL LISTINGS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

5.1 Directory Function

Stackari curates and aggregates information about AI tools and services from multiple sources including vendor submissions, public APIs, and community contributions. We serve as a directory, not an endorser or promoter of any tool.

5.2 No Endorsement

Inclusion on Stackari does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or approval of any AI tool. We do not warranty the quality, safety, legality, or fitness for purpose of any listed tool. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and using third-party tools at their own risk.

5.3 Vendor Liability

Stackari is not responsible for the conduct, accuracy, legality, or performance of vendors or their AI tools. Vendors are solely liable for their tools’ compliance with applicable law, including data privacy regulations, intellectual property law, and AI governance frameworks.

5.4 Vendor Submission Terms

Vendors submitting tools for listing warrant that they have the authority to do so and that such tools do not infringe on third-party rights. Stackari reserves the right to remove listings that violate applicable law or these terms, including tools used for malicious purposes, fraud, or unlawful activity.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

6.1 Stackari IP

Stackari and its licensors own all intellectual property in the Platform, including design, code, branding, and curated tool directories. You may access this content for personal use only. You must not:

Copy, republish, or redistribute Platform content without permission
Scrape or extract data systematically (except via authorized APIs)
Reverse-engineer the Platform’s algorithms or systems
Create derivative works from Stackari’s curated directories

6.2 User IP

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting to Stackari, you grant us the license described in Section 4.1.

6.3 Third-Party IP

Users must not post content infringing on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets. Stackari complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report infringement, contact us with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) location of infringing content; (c) proof of ownership; and (d) a statement under penalty of perjury.

DATA, PRIVACY & COOKIES

7.1 Data Collection

Stackari collects data including your account information, interaction history (upvotes, comments, follows), viewing behavior, and device information to provide and improve the Service. We may use data for personalization, analytics, and marketing.

7.2 Cookies and Tracking

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and third-party integrations. Required cookies enable core functionality; optional cookies improve your experience. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Continuing to use Stackari after cookie notification constitutes acceptance of required cookies and consent to optional cookies.

7.3 Third-Party Services

Stackari may integrate third-party services (analytics, payment processing, video hosting, CDNs) that collect data subject to their own privacy policies. Users accessing third-party integrations may be subject to those providers’ terms.

7.4 Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy (available at stackari.com/privacy) describes data practices in detail. These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy by reference.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations
Engage in fraud, phishing, or malware distribution
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or vendors
Spam, flood, or disrupt the Platform’s services
Engage in automated access (bots, scrapers) without authorization
Interfere with Platform security or inject malicious code
Use the Platform to exploit vulnerabilities in AI tools
Post non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content
Manipulate upvotes, rankings, or reviews through artificial means
Promote discriminatory content or incite violence

LINKS AND EXTERNAL CONTENT

Stackari may link to external AI tools, research, documentation, and third-party resources. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. Hyperlinking to Stackari is permitted if the link is not deceptive, does not falsely imply sponsorship, and is contextually appropriate. Prior approval is not required for news organizations, search engines, and government agencies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

10.1 General Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STACKARI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

10.2 AI Tool Disclaimers

We do not warrant the safety, legality, accuracy, or effectiveness of any AI tool listed on the Platform. AI tools may:

Generate biased, harmful, or inaccurate outputs
Infringe on copyrights or other intellectual property
Violate data privacy regulations or user consent frameworks
Be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction

Users are solely responsible for evaluating AI tools before use and ensuring compliance with applicable law in their jurisdiction.

10.3 Liability Limits

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACKARI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business interruption
Damages from viruses, malware, or security breaches
Actions of third-party vendors, tools, or integrations
User-generated content or reviews posted by others

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID STACKARI IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. If you did not pay, liability is limited to $100 USD.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or as prohibited by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stackari, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your content or reviews; or (d) your use of third-party AI tools.

TERMINATION

Stackari may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, effective immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but provisions regarding indemnification, liability limits, and intellectual property survive.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore for any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

Stackari reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time. We are not liable for any such modification or discontinuation. We will provide notice of material changes where practicable.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stackari regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications.
